• RACV v. Uniys – claims of breach of contract and misleading or deceptive conduct in relation to a computer contract.
• Toyo Japan v. John Holland Construction – international ICC arbitration  in relation to the conversion of a catalytic cracker, involving in excess of eighty witnesses in the case, and detailed technical and extension of time claims in excess of US$60m.
• Transurban City Link - legal adviser in relation to building and contractual matters arising out of the construction of the City Link Project, including extension of time claims in excess of A$200m.
• BHP Petroleum - engineering disputes relating to an oil and gas field.
• Compass Airlines v. Australian Airlines arbitration in respect of terminal leases at Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide Airports.
• Kvaerner Process Australia v. WMC  - ICC arbitration relating to the design, construction and financing of the Olympic Dam Mine, involving extensive technical material on flash furnace smelter design.
• Qenos Pty. Ltd. v. Mobil Oil Australia - dispute relating to supply agreement and specification changes to petrochemical products.
• Clough Australia - litigation over pile foundations to Crown Casino.
• Fluor Daniel (U.S.) - ICC arbitration in Melbourne and London involving a Trade Practices Act claim of A$1.6b arising out of the Murrin Murrin Mine.
• Luzon Hydro Corporation - ICC arbitration regarding the Luzon Hydro Tunnel and Power Station claim of approximately US$60m.
• Clough Engineering - arbitration of disputes arising from design and construction of the Bassgas onshore and offshore hydrocarbon processing facilities.
• Lucas v. McConnell Dowell - dispute in respect of the directional drilling $74m counterclaim for the Minerva Gas Field.
