Our Experience

The specialist barristers of Melbourne TEC Chambers have world class skills and extensive experience in litigation and arbitration, as well as in the full range of alternative dispute resolution processes used in modern TEC disputes. The international nature of both TEC disputes and the major clients in such disputes means that the skills and reputation of the highly specialized MTECC members put them at the forefront of  TEC disputes around the world.

MTECC comprises 31 barristers, including 10 Senior Counsel.  Nine of the MTECC members are qualified and experienced Arbitrators, and 17 are Mediators. Three members are registered Adjudicators under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2002 (Vic).

In addition to their legal qualifications and accreditations in arbitration and ADR, MTECC members have graduate and postgraduate qualifications in engineering, computer science, science, commerce, entrepreneurship, economics and accounting.
